Current Cards/Active Customer Cards
Viewing Current / Active Customer Cards in Table Tap Go
The Current Cards section in your Table Tap Go (TTG) server software lets you view and manage all active customer cards in your venue.
This includes cards currently in use, their balance, linked user data, and any ongoing pour sessions.
Step 1: Access the TTG Server Management Page

On the TTG server desktop, open the Table Tap Go Server Management Page,
or
open a browser and go to:http://localhost:8585

Log in using your Admin Card credentials.
- Username: admin
Password: admin
- Username: admin
Step 2: Navigate to the Current Cards Section

From the menu on the left, click Cards.

Or Select the tile Current Cards (also referred to as Active Customer Cards).

You’ll now see a list of all active customer cards currently connected to your system.
Step 3: Active Card Information

Each active card entry will display important details, including:

Card Type - Displays either Online Bill or Online Pre.
- Online Bill is created typically when a card is paired to a POS Tab
- Online Pre is created typically on the charger with a preset value

Name - Displays the name associated with the card (if assigned).
- Name will either be entered in manually or come over from the POS Tab Name

Total Dispensed - Displays how many ounces have been poured.
- Until Next Limit - Displays the Resp. Limit until the card needs to be reactivated.
- Current Card Value - Displays the current value on a card
- Online Bill will always show as a negative value since it acts as an open tab
- Online Pre will show a positive number and count down from the value that was loaded onto the card.

Start Time – Displays when the Card was created and by who.
- Last Cardpurchase Action - Displays the last action at the charger(Created, Reactivated, Increased Value)

Last Taptransaction– Displays the timestamp of the last pour on the card.

Expiry Time - Displays when the card will expiry if set.

Onlinecard in use by device – Displays if the card is currently being used at the charger or at a tap screen.
Step 4: Manage Customer Cards
From this view, you can:

Block or disable a lost card.

- If a guest walks out with the card this allows you to make it so they can't start pouring if they come back.
Always confirm changes are pushed by clicking Send Config Update Notification after edits.
Step 5: Customer Card details
From the Active Customer Cards list select details to the right side of the page.


In the Customer Card Details you can see the following information
- Details for card - Displays the RFID number of the card
- Name - Displays the name associated with the card
- Type - Displays either Online Bill or Online Pre
- Status - Displays the current card status

You can also see exactly what has been done with the card as well as what has been poured.
- Start Time and End Time - Displays when a pour has started and stopped or when other actions have been done such as created or reactivated.
- Card Action - Displays if a card was created, Reactivated, Increased in value or poured(tap)
- Stream of money - Displays The flow of money from when it was created to how much each product as poured for.
- PLU - Displayed the PLU number of the product that was poured.
- Product Name - Displays the name of the Product Poured.
- Volume dispensed - Displays how many ounces of a product were poured.
- Servings - Displays how many servings of a product have been poured
- Serving Limit Set to - Displays if a card was reactivated or giving more drinks.
- Name - Displays the name of the card
- Staff Name - Displays the name of the Staff member who did any active with the card such as creating or reactivated.
- Onlinecard in use by device – Displays if the card is currently being used at the charger or at a tap screen.
Step 6: Keeping Your Active Card List Accurate

Regularly check the Current Cards tab to remove duplicates or expired entries.

If your system uses Online Prepaid Cards, make sure balances sync properly to the server.
Step 7: Staff and System Cards
From Current Cards you can also view the Staff and System Cards and Blocked Cards


From the Staff and System Cards you can view the following information
- Type - Displays the Card type(Admin, Manager, Staff, Cleaning)
- Name - Displays the name assigned to the card
- Created by - Displays who created the card
- Created at - Displays the time the card was created
- Expiry Time - Displays if the card is set to expire
- Block - Allows you to block a staff card similar customer cards
Step 8: Blocked Cards
From the Current Cards you can also view Blocked cards

From the Blocked Cards you can view the following information
- Card ID - Displays the RFID number of the card
- Type - Displays the type of card(Admin, Manager, Staff, Cleaning)
- Name - Displays the name assigned to the card.
- Comment - Displays the comment of why the card was blocked
- Blocked at - Displays the time the card was blocked.
