Staff Reporting: How to access and overview

This will article will guide you to how to access the staff reports and also provide some details on what each report is used for.


Step 1: Open the TTG Server Management Page

  1. On a dedicated server computer (not used for creating cards):


Step 2: Access Reporting

  1. Select the Staff Reporting Tile


Step 3: Select the Report

  1. From the menu on the left select one of the reports.


Step 4: Date Range

  1. Select the date range(from and to) you are looking for
  2. Select Update

Note: Not all reports have a date range selector

Some reports have the ability to download to a CSV file if you see this symbol
