Updating Beverages on the Tap Wall Screen

Need to change the product displayed on a tap?
You can easily update the beverage assigned to a line directly from the tap wall screen using your Admin or Manager Card.
This ensures the correct brand and pricing are shown to your customers in real time.


Step 1: Log In with Your Admin Card

  1. Place your Admin Card on the tap screen you want to update.

  2. Once the Admin Menu appears, tap Configure Valves (green button).

Only Admin and Manager Cards can access configure valve functions.


Step 2: Select the Tap Line

  1. A list of all tap lines for that screen will appear.

  2. Tap the line number you wish to update.

Each line corresponds to a valve on your tap wall. 


Step 3: Choose a Beverage

  1. Scroll through the list of available products in your database.

  2. Tap the brand or product name that matches the beverage now connected to this tap.

  3. A green checkmark ✅ will appear, confirming the new product has been set as active.

This updates the tap screen immediately with the selected product name, style, and price.


Step 4: Verify the Product Database

If your desired beverage doesn’t appear in the list:

  • Confirm that the product is added to your TTG Product Database.

  • Make sure the product is set to Active.

  • After adding or editing the product, click Send Config Update Notification from the Server Management Page to sync all tap screens.

Products not marked active or not synced to the beer wall will not appear on the selection screen.
