How to Set Keg Levels on Tap Screens

Setting accurate keg levels ensures your Table Tap Go (TTG) system correctly tracks remaining product, prevents overpours, and keeps your inventory data up to date.
Follow these steps to set or update a keg level directly from a tap screen.

Step 1: Log In Using Your Admin Card

1. Place your Admin Card on the tap screen you want to update.

2. The system will unlock and display the Admin Menu.

Step 2: Open Service Functions

1. From the Admin Menu, scroll down to Service Functions.

2. Tap the green Set Keg Levels button.

Step 3: Select the Tap or Line

• Choose the line/tap you want to update from the list.

• The screen will display the product name and the current keg status.

Step 4: Set the Keg Size and Fill Level

1. Enter the total keg size (e.g., 1/2 barrel, 1/6 barrel, etc.).

2. Enter the current fill level (how full the keg is).

3. Tap the green ✓ (checkmark) to confirm.

Tip: When you replace an empty keg, use the Change Keg button to reset the fill level to full.

Step 5: Verify Your Keg Level

• Once saved, the updated keg level will appear on this screen.

• You can also review and manage all keg levels from Server Management → Keg Management on your TTG Server.
